I owe so much to my counsellor who was extremely adept and perceptive in her questioning, enabling me to unload so much and reveal events that I have never spoken of before. I now feel as if I have navigated my way through a narrow, constrictive maze, encompassed within a ‘pea-souper’ of a fog and into daylight. I am now on holiday every day! Many many thanks.
