Counselling referrals temporarily paused
Due to exceptionally high demand, we are temporarily unable to accept new counselling referrals.
We are continuing to support people already on our waiting list and will reopen referrals when capacity allows.
If you need mental health support, please contact your GP. For urgent mental health help, contact NHS 111 and select the mental health option. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.
Our charity is not an emergency or crisis service.
