Making a Difference Locally is a charity organisation that Roys have partnered with to support good causes in the local community. They help Roys to raise money, which they donate to local charities and good causes in the community.
We are very pleased to announce that Roys store in Sudbury has nominated our Kernos charity to receive a donation of £500.00 from the MADL charity. A spokesperson said, “At Roys, we consider ourselves a part of the community around all of our stores. We engage with the local area & do all we can to help wherever possible. After all, it’s our customers & staff that have kept us going for 125 years so it is our privilege to give something back to the communities.”
We at Kernos are very grateful for this donation and to all the staff at Roys for choosing us as a charity to support in Sudbury.
It is these and similar ‘unrestricted’ donations that allow us to deliver on our unique promise – to ensure that those most in need receive appropriate, effective and ongoing help, regardless of their resources, for as long as required – which is why we want to thank Roys of Sudbury for this support.
