David has been supporting Kernos since 2022 as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director, and in 2026 he was elected as Chairman of the Kernos Centre. His appointment reflects both his commitment to the organisation and the breadth of experience he brings to the role.
In his professional career, David works in Corporate and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in London. He is also a trained Mental Health First Aider and has received international recognition for his work on employee wellbeing across the bank.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, David held senior management roles within Royal Mail Group, Bard Pharmaceuticals, and Sainsbury’s PLC, building extensive experience across a range of sectors.
David brings a strong combination of strategic leadership, commercial insight, and a clear passion for wellbeing, which continues to support and strengthen Kernos in his role as Chairman.
