Sarah is an integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP, currently working towards accreditation. She qualified in 2023 with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and has since completed further training, including a Level 5 Post-Qualifying Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People and an Advanced Post Diploma Certificate in Person-Centred Couples Counselling.

Sarah works with adults and young people aged 11+, offering a warm and collaborative space tailored to each client’s needs. She supports clients with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, low self-esteem, self-harm, eating disorders and neurodivergence. Sarah has a particular interest in eating disorders, infertility, neurodivergence and women’s mental health, drawing on both her professional knowledge and personal experiences to offer a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. She may incorporate creative approaches such as sand tray, therapeutic games, Minecraft and expressive arts where appropriate.

Sarah is one of Kernos’s Better Connected adult relationship counsellors and a trained Walk and Talk therapist, offering outdoor counselling sessions where appropriate to support wellbeing through therapy, movement and connection with nature.
