Kelly is an Integrative Counsellor (BA Hons) who draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to create a style of working that is tailored to each individual.
She takes a holistic view of wellbeing, considering emotional, physical, and psychological needs as part of the counselling process.
She also incorporates creative methods such as writing, art, music, dreamwork, and sand tray work, particularly when clients find it difficult to express themselves in words. At the heart of her practice is the therapeutic relationship, offering a safe, compassionate space to explore experiences and work towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.
She has experience supporting clients through bereavement, palliative care, and other significant life transitions, including non-death losses such as relationship endings or changes in identity and purpose. Her approach is collaborative, walking alongside clients as they connect with their resilience, creativity, and capacity for growth.
