As reported in the East Anglian Times https://www.eadt.co.uk/news/25116852.bem-recipients-honoured-lord-lieutenant-suffolk/ on April 25th, our Founder Chris Boatwright received her investiture from Lady Clare, Countess of Euston, Lord-Lieutenant of Suffolk.

Lady Clare has served as Vice-Chairman of the Mental Health Foundation and Chairman of the Foundation for People with Learning Difficulties. She is also a past Chairman of St Nicholas Hospice Care in Bury St Edmunds and a past Vice-Chairman of the Suffolk Community Foundation, and she was a Trustee of the Henry Smith Charity for 25 years. She served as High Sheriff of Suffolk in 2004/5 and as The Independent Chair of the Suffolk Strategic Partnership from 2005 to 2010. And, was appointed Lord-Lieutenant by Her Late Majesty The Queen in December 2014.

This is fantastic recognition for Chris, a wonderful lady that has made a huge contribution to combatting mental health issues, and raising Mental Health Awareness in Sudbury and the surrounding area.
