At the Kernos Centre, we’ve always believed in the power of community — and right now, two incredible individuals are stepping up in a big way to help us continue our mission.
This October, David Morris, one of our dedicated Trustees, and Jade Ashdown will be taking on not just one, but two massive challenges to raise vital funds for Kernos: a skydive and a 50km walk. Their goal? To raise £5,000 to help ensure no one in our community is turned away from the mental health support they need.
“Kernos receives no NHS or government funding. Every session we offer is made possible by donations and community support. We are here for those who have nowhere else to turn — and your help means we can keep it that way.” – David Morris
The reality is this: small charities like ours are facing more pressure than ever before. The demand for mental health support is rising. The cost of living continues to impact our clients and operations. Yet we remain committed to providing professional counselling to anyone who needs it — regardless of their ability to pay.
We need your help.
Please consider supporting David and Jade’s incredible fundraising challenge by donating today. Every pound you give helps us change a life.
Together, we can continue to offer hope, compassion, and support — when it matters most.
Thank you for standing with Kernos. And thank you for standing with our community.
