The Worshipful Company of Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers is one of the Livery Companies of the City of London. The Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers were incorporated by Royal Charter, in 1693; the City granted it the status of a Livery Company, in 1780.

On Monday, 10th January, Brian Turner was installed as Master of the Worshipful Company of Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers.

The Kernos Centre is honoured to announce that in the role, Brian (friend, supporter and former director of Kernos, from 2008 until 2011) has chosen Kernos to be his charity for 2022.

Brian said, “I am honoured to be elected the Master of the Worshipful Company of Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers: a 400-year-old City Livery Company, with a charitable trust which supports deserving causes. I have chosen the Kernos Centre as my charity for 2022, as I am a great admirer of its work and I have witnessed first hand how some of its young clients have benefitted from the counselling received from its dedicated team.
