Local Organisations and Individuals ‘unconditionally’ helping Kernos

At Kernos we have always been fortunate to receive welcome recognition and financial support from the local community, both from individuals and organisations.

So far this year we have received ‘unrestricted’ funding, provided with no pre-conditions, from a number of organisations, including: Acton Parish Council (£100); Groton Parish Council (£100); the previous Mayor of Sudbury, Sarah Page (£500); Stephen Walters & Sons Ltd. (£500), Babergh DC (£3,600), Great Cornard Parish Council (£600) and SMUGS Newton Green Golf Club (£150). There have also been anonymous donations from individual clients and supporters totalling £1,410.

It is these and similar ‘unrestricted’ donations that allow us to deliver on our unique promise – to ensure that those most in need receive appropriate, effective and ongoing help, regardless of their resources, for as long as required.

You could also help Kernos deliver on its unique promise by providing ‘unrestricted’ funding directly – this can be done either by:

1) sending a cheque, made out to Kernos Centre’, to The Kernos Centre, 32-34 Friars Street, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 2AG

or:

2) clicking on the Donate Now’ button at the top of the this page, and following the instructions

If you are a taxpayer, your contribution could also be eligible for Gift Aid – which means that every £10 contributed is worth £12.50 to us. For a Gift Aid Declaration form, please contact us – either at the above address or by e-mail at admin@kernos.org
